This traditional Thai Lana style full service 9 bedroom luxury villa with sea views located within a secure estate in fashionable Surin is the private home of a Hollywood Actor.
Villa Teo comes with a full complement of staff and sleeps up to 18 people so suitable for family holidays, weddings and business conventions. The villa is also suitable for smaller groups and couples providing a spacious vacation retreat.
On site facilities include a state of the art gym, pool table, table football, jacuzzi spa, massages and beauticians on call, chauffeur and courtesy Toyota Fortuner for trips within the local area, and in villa menus with cooks to prepare from Thai banquets to simple breakfasts.

Accommodation comprises of a living area, dining area, western kitchen, covered open living area and 9 bedrooms.
On the first level there are two pavillions containing the spacious living area with sofas, TV and large dining table seating 18 people. The fully equipped western kitchen is located off the dining room and there is also a separate kitchen where staff prepare your meals. A daily continental breakfast is included in the rate.
The Master Bedroom Suite features a 7ft king size bed, 32″ LCD satellite TV, Ipod stereo, minibar and en suite bathroom.
Master Bedroom 2 has a king size bed, 42″ LCD Satellite TV, minibar, private library, en suite bathroom and balcony.
Bedrooms 3 and 4 come with king sized beds,32″ LCD satellite TVs, minibars, en suite bathrooms and balconies.
The Garden Suite contains bedrooms 5,6, and 7 with king size and single beds, 32″ LCD TV with games console, fridge, en suite bathroom, living area and balcony.
Bedroom Suite 8 is 1200 sq ft and is suitable for larger groups with a number of beds and en suite bathroom.
Bedroom 9 is attached to bedroom 2 and shares a bathroom so suitable for younger children.
The covered open living area is the perfect place to relax or entertain with a bar lounge, aviary, billiards table, table football and commercial style gym.
The Pool deck has a large sala seating 12 people, sunbeds and a 75 m2 swimming pool.
Villa Teo has integrated air conditioning throughout, safe, wireless internet, computer, printer, video games, video on demand plus computerised sound and lighting.
Set within 2000 m2 of tropical gardens with sea views over Surin, Villa Teo is just a few minutes from the beach.
