A large luxury family villa with private pool set within a secure estate close to Layan Beach and the Laguna area.
With views over the Laguna valley, Villa Sunbird has well furnished spacious living and entertaining areas and a stunning infinity edge swimming pool.
Six en suite bedrooms sleep 12 guests and there is the facility to sleep two more people in the study which has sofa beds.
The Villa comes with a full time maid and Villa Manager to cater to your requirements.
The estate has 24 hour security, tennis court and large communal pool.

Accommodation comprises of six en suite bedrooms, living and dining area, european kitchen, family room and study.
On the first floor is a large living and dining area opening onto a large veranda with outdoor furniture and ceiling fans and with views over the infinity edge swimming pool to the Laguna valley, a great place to relax.
The modern kitchen is equipped with all required items plus a further dining table and chairs.
Two bedrooms are also located on this level, Master Bedroom 1 comes with a king size bed, TV, DVD player, walk in wardrobe and en suite bathroom. This bedroom also has a separate study with a sofa bed. Bedroom 4 is within a separate annex so perfect for guests requiring more privacy. Both bedrooms have direct access to the pool.
On the second floor are two further bedrooms separate by the family room which has a sofa bed. Master Bedroom 2 features a large private terrace with outdoor furniture and views over the Laguna valley. Bedroom 3 has a large balcony and a private massage room.
All four bedrooms have TV, DVD player and ceiling fans.
Bedrooms 5 and 6 are on the ground floor and both have en suite bathrooms.
Outside the 17 x 6 metre swimming pool is fronted by a large sunbathing terrace with sunbeds and to the side is a sunken bar sala with wet bar, drinks fridge, BBQ, bar stools and dining space, perfect for alfresco dining!
The villa is air conditioned throughout and comes with a full time maid and English speaking Villa Manager.
The estate has 24 hour security, tennis court and large communal pool.
