Located within a secure, well respected estate, this a popular holiday or long term rental villa is well furnished and equipped and convenient for the shops, restaurants and bars in the Bang Tao area.
The villa sleeps six people and comes with maid service and airport transfers for holiday rentals.
Please enquire for long term rates which start at 80,000 THB in low season and include once a week clean and linen change. Electric and water are charged by usage.

The open plan living area has comfortable sofas, flat screen TV and DVD player with patio doors opening onto the pool deck. A dining table seating six is provided.
The modern kitchen has an oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer and all the equipment required. A washing machine is provided.
There are two en suite bedrooms upstairs with a king size beds and private balconies with seating overlooking the pool.
The second bedroom has a king size bed, fitted wardrobes and en suite shower room.
The third bedroom is located on the first floor and has a queen size bed and plasma TV.
The townhouse is air conditioned throughout and has a safe.
The estate has well maintained gardens, modern fitness room, lobby and covered parking.
