Villa Sellia is a beautifully furnished 4 bedroom luxury holiday rental villa located on a private estate in the hills overlooking Patong and the Andaman Sea.
With a 45 sqm pool this villa has plenty of outdoor space and luxurious master bedrooms suites making a wonderful holiday rental villa in Phuket’s most famous destination.
The private estate has a large communal pool, gym and clubhouse and the management can arrange private parties and events if required.
Daily maid service and linen change every three days is included.

Accommodation comprises of a spacious living, dining and kitchen area plus four master bedrooms with en suite facilities and a separate games room.
The open plan living area has comfortable sofas, 42″ plasma TV, DVD Player and sound system.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and cooking equipment including a wine fridge and you can either dine at the formal dining table seating 10 or out on the large terrace where you can take in the amazing views.
All the bedrooms have king or single size beds sleeping up to 8 people and two bathrooms have whirlpool baths with separate showers.
The separate games room has a TV and video games and a nice highlight is the outdoor jacuzzi within a traditional Thai sala next to the pool.
The villa has expansive outdoor living space with private balconies and seating areas.
A washing machine and tumble dryer are provided and there is a daily maid service.

Patong offers everything from copy flip-flops (or thongs) to brand names.
From the beach road with its masses of little stalls selling Thai trinkets or copy designer handbags to Jungceylon Mall with its brand name shops and Robinsons Department Store prices are not as low as they used to be but you can still find a bargain and many items are cheaper than at home.
You can also find Art Galleries and again have your favourite artist copied in whatever colours you want. Local crafts can be found and a good source are the hotel shops, prices are higher but the items are normally genuine. Larger items can be shipped home.
Bartering is standard at the stalls and markets but fixed in the Mall.
Food and spices can be found in the markets and also the Big C Supermarket.
