This south west facing villa has an extra large outdoor terrace and a large open plan living area furnished in stylish teak furniture.
The 45 sqm metre swimming pool has panoramic sea views over Patong Bay and the Andaman Sea.
The estate also has a large communal swimming pool, clubhouse, gym and spa facilities.
A perfect villa for families and large groups wishing for privacy but close to Patong’s shops and nightlife.

Accommodation comprises of a large open plan living, dining and kitchen area and four en suite bedrooms.
On the first floor is the large living area with sofas, TV, DVD player, dining table and open plan western kitchen which is fully equipped with all appliances and cooking equipment. Doors open onto the large covered balcony with further seating and sea views.
On the lower level are two master bedrooms suites with king size beds, sea facing balconies and en suite bathrooms with whirlpool baths and showers.
The third and fourth bedrooms have twin beds and en suite shower rooms.
Outside the large pool terrace has plenty of sun beds, covered pavillion and a 45 sqm metre infinity edge swimming pool.
A washing machine and tumble dryer are provided.

Patong offers everything from copy flip-flops (or thongs) to brand names.
From the beach road with its masses of little stalls selling Thai trinkets or copy designer handbags to Jungceylon Mall with its brand name shops and Robinsons Department Store prices are not as low as they used to be but you can still find a bargain and many items are cheaper than at home.
You can also find Art Galleries and again have your favourite artist copied in whatever colours you want. Local crafts can be found and a good source are the hotel shops, prices are higher but the items are normally genuine. Larger items can be shipped home.
Bartering is standard at the stalls and markets but fixed in the Mall.
Food and spices can be found in the markets and also the Big C Supermarket.
