Accommodation comprises of an open plan lounge and dining area, western kitchen and six en suite bedrooms.

The 140 sqm living and dining area has comfortable sofas, large dining table, 65″ HD smart satellite TV and floor to ceiling doors leading onto the pool terrace with sea views.  An extensive film library of 2000 plus titles is provided along with a home cinema system, stereo system and ipod dock.

The western kitchen is fully equipped with a professional hob, twin ovens, American fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, small appliances and cooking equipment.

Bedroom 1 is located in the main pavilion and comes with a king size bed, dressing and seating area, en suite bathroom with bath and inside & outside rain showers plus a private balcony with sea views.

Bedroom 2 is in the west pavilion, first floor and has a king size bed, dressing and seating area, en suite bathroom with inside and outside rain shower and outside bath.  The private balcony has sea views.

Bedroom 3 is on the ground floor in the west pavilion with a king size bed,dressing and seating area, en suite bathroom with inside and outside rain shower and outside bath.  The private balcony has sea views.

The east pavilion contains two bedrooms on the ground and upper floors both with king size beds,dressing and seating areas, en suite bathrooms with inside and outside rain showers and outside baths.  Both have private balconies with sea views.

Bedroom 6 is in the West Sala Pavilion located by the pool and comes with an outside bathroom.  The room can be used as a bedroom, lounge or massage area and will be configured to suit on booking.

Extra beds can be supplied up to a maximum capacity of 20 guests at an extra charge.

The pool deck has a large infinity edge pool with panoramic views, sun beds, outdoor sofa, umbrellas and covered Salas perfect for relaxing and dining al fresco.

The villa has integrated air conditioning, ceiling fans, safe, washing and ironing facilities and the estate has 24 hour security.

Any service is available such as extra houskeeping, private chefs, event planning and concierge services.
